Our Facility Management Services can vary based on the specific needs of the client. Building Maintenance, Janitorial Services, Security Services, Landscaping Services, STP/WTP Maintenance, Waste Management, Space Planning, and Asset Management are a few examples of the services that we offer.
Being a reputable Facility Management Company we implement various security measures, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, security personnel, and regular security audits. We also provide training to our staff to handle security-related incidents professionally.
Depending on the extent of the services, the size of the facility, and the length of the contract, the pricing may change. But we offer a fixed basic salary, customized service charges, cost-plus contracts, or performance-based agreements. Before signing, make sure to carefully read the terms and conditions. Our cost is based on 100% statutory compliance.
We understand that each project/site is unique. Before taking any project we make sure that we conduct a proper assessment of that facility and understand the scope of work. Based on that, we hire the right candidate that can handle the needs of your facility.
At SCS we have a three-pronged approach to training. Pre-deployment training happens in advance ie before a worker is enrolled into the system. Only on passing the pre-deployment training workshop does a worker be allotted a project to work at. Then we have On job training which happens periodically at the client location. Lastly, we have something called mobile training which happens on the go. A trainer comes on a surprise visit to the project and trains people on the go as the work progresses at the project. He/ she corrects and trains on the job.
